2. Delivery Timeframes  -

Within Ibadan - 6-24 WORKING HOURS

Other States in Nigeria - 2-9 Days depending on location

Delivery time may vary based on your location, courier service, and public holidays. 

3. Delivery Fees:-

Ibadan: ₦1000 -  ₦3000

Other States in Nigeria - ₦4000 - ₦10,000

4. Same-Day Delivery - We offer same-day delivery within Ibadan for orders placed before 12noon on our open days. 

5. Order Processing - Orders are processed within 12 business hours after payment confirmation.  - Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if applicable). 

6. Delivery Partners - We partner with reliable courier services such as Courier Plus & Fez Delivery to ensure safe and timely deliveries. 

7. Park Delivery - We do not directly provide this option except the customer requests and insists on this method of delivery. If the customer agrees to take on the risk of Park delivery, we require the cost of the rider that takes it to the park. Driver is to be paid directly by the customer based on the agreed amount.

7. Unsuccessful Deliveries - If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you for rescheduling.  Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.
